Order Modifications & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, you must do so within 4 hours of placing it. After this window, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations, as orders may already be in processing.
To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us via the Contact page with your order details.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted and spiritual nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Out-of-Stock Policy:

  • We strive to keep our inventory updated, but occasionally an item may become unavailable.

  • If any item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you promptly by email or phone.

You will have the option to:
A. Wait until the item is restocked and have it shipped separately (if applicable).
B. Select a comparable replacement product, if available.
C. Cancel the unavailable item and receive a refund for that portion of your order.

Address Accuracy:

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided during checkout are accurate and complete.

Undeliverable Shipments:

  • If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, or if the recipient is unavailable, the order will be returned to us.

Reshipment:

  • If your original order was shipped with complimentary shipping, any reshipment costs will be the customer’s responsibility. We will reach out to arrange payment for the reshipping fee.

Address Updates:

  • If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect or needs changes before the package is resent, please contact our customer service team right away to update the details.

Timely Response:

  • To ensure a smooth reshipment process and prevent further delays, please respond to our communications promptly and provide any required details for reshipping.

Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.

If approved, damaged items will be replaced with the same product. Please note: We reserve the right to deny replacement or refund requests for damages resulting from mishandling after delivery.
