Shipping Policy

Production & Fulfillment

All orders placed through The Spiritual Alchemists are prepared and fulfilled individually.

Please allow approximately 14–21 business days for processing before shipment. During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.

Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

Tracking information will be provided once your package has shipped.


Carrier Delays

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are approximate and not guaranteed.

The Spiritual Alchemists is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • postal carriers,

  • severe weather,

  • customs processing,

  • holidays,

  • or circumstances outside of our control.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • photographs of the damaged item,

  • photographs of the shipping box,

  • and any visible carrier damage.

Without proper documentation, we may be unable to process a shipping claim.

The Spiritual Alchemists reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the stated requirements.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, The Spiritual Alchemists is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are encouraged to ship orders to secure delivery locations whenever possible.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, duties, or import charges required by their country.

We are not responsible for customs-related delivery delays.
