Return & Damage Policy

At The Spiritual Alchemists, each candle and product is created specifically for the customer at the time an order is placed. Because our products are custom-prepared and produced in limited batches, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations.

All purchases are considered final sale.

Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date.

To review and process a shipping damage claim, we require:

  • photographs of the damaged product,

  • photographs of the shipping box and packaging materials,

  • and visible evidence of transit damage.

This information is necessary for us to submit a claim with the shipping carrier.

Claims submitted without the required documentation or outside of the 48-hour reporting window may be denied.

The Spiritual Alchemists reserves the right to refuse any damage claim that does not comply with these requirements.
