The Ancestor Veneration Candle by The Spiritual Alchemists was created as a universal spiritual candle for honoring, remembering, and maintaining connection with one's ancestral lineage.

Our ancestors are the roots beneath the life we live today. Their stories, sacrifices, knowledge, traditions, triumphs, and lessons become part of the legacy carried forward through generations. Ancestor veneration creates intentional space to remember the departed, express gratitude, preserve lineage, and acknowledge those whose lives made our own possible.

At the center of the artwork stands the ancestral tree, its deep roots representing lineage and its flourishing branches representing the generations that continue to grow from it. The surrounding candles, offerings, smoke, lunar imagery, botanicals, and sacred symbols create a visual altar dedicated to lineage, roots, guidance, protection, wisdom, and legacy.

This candle was intentionally designed without depicting a specific ancestor, ethnicity, culture, or religious tradition, allowing practitioners from many backgrounds to incorporate it into their own ancestral practices.
