Ingredients

Green Tea, Chamomile Flowers,Cinnamon Bark, Slippery Elm Bark, Jasmine Flowers, Apple Cider Powder, Calendula Flowers

PREPARATION:

Use 1 Tablespoons of tea blend per 1 cup of water. Boil and let sit for about 3- 5 mins. Add Honey, Agave, Stevia or Cane Sugar for sweetness.

Drink when needed. Do not exceed 1 -2 cup per day with a maximum of 4 times a week.

Not intended for animal consumption. Not recommended for children under the age of 12.
